Michel Besner, president of Kaydara, inc. has kindly asked us to host a MotionBuilder forum here on CGTalk. Given the current rising popularity of MotionBuilder in the industry, I thought it very fitting to accomodate his wishes. With that said welcome to the new MotionBuilder forum.

I've appointed Curtis Garton, Application Specialist at Kaydara Inc, to moderate this forum, He will be the one to assist you with tips/suggestions and general inquiries.

Have fun!

Awesome!!!

just got my copy last week, and am Very very impressed with it. The real-time feedback is the greatest, and the ease of exporting to and from Maya makes it the ideal tool for me.

Yeah! I'm hoping to get more time with my copy here soon. I've even had some of the keyboard shortcuts from MB migrate to MAX. :)

Awesome proggie!

Cool !

can you make these hotkeys configs available to max users (perhaps create a new thread for hot key mapping ...)

PS : and yes, we are working to add hot keys mapping in upcoming versions of MB ...

I'm just about to start learning it, so the timing is perfect. Demand for mocap pros is high, my buddy Todd ("twidup" here)landed work at WETA due in no small part to his mocap experience.

Great idea guys! I loved Filmbox, and I'm sure I'll be loving MB a long time into the future. Tommorrow I'll post the first animation clip I've done using MB to edit the mocap. Its short, but I'd like to get the ball rolling on people posting some of their work here.
