On first view it looks as if the watch face is mapped onto the glass, but I suspect your refraction is dodgy. You might want to check your IOR setting (the brazil manual also has recommended IOR values for different materials). Also make sure the glass is "hollow", i.e. that there's space between the watch face and the glass cover. Solid glass will refract more and yield the strange distortion you have going on there.
You should relook your metal texture, in the winder area it looks more like plastic. The tabletop texture needs work as well, probably need to tweak the mapping coordinates, because it looks stretched.
