Alright, I ride a 05 Honda 600RR so I have to give you major props. I totally dig seeing 3D motorcycle models. The modeling is amazing and the texture is right on point. I especially like the tires and the details on the chain is really nice. My only crit (and this is really nit picky) is that I would put a little sag on the chain.

So what made you choose to model a Gixxer?

Thanks for your feedback guys, im using Maya and Mentalray for the modeling and rendering. Theres still quite a few issues with the materials and texturing but hopefully I will get the time to fix all that this week...Theres still alot of detail to add to this guy but i struggling to get enough reference for all the workings under the body panels, ive started on the engine but the pics im using are a little confusing think I got reference from two different years which is causing me some problems got find a few more pictures...I will add some sag to the chain thanks for that kenwtoney:thumbsup: Oh and i chose this simply because I love the way it looks with the decals and stuff on there I especially like the new 06 model in black...drooool..I would love to own a bike one day at present I have never even had a go on anything above 50cc lol, once Ive got a muscle car a bike is sure to follow:)

Wow, that is an absolutely incredible motocycle model! Thanks for sharing. Seems like thier might be a little more tweaking you are going to have to do with the texturing and shading, but this is great work!

Looks excellent from what I can tell, but I think the tires are on backwards. Aren't the channels supposed to direct water away from the tread center while in forward motion?

WoW, that was really impressive. The lightning is too perfect to be true...

Sully, you are my mentalray idol. All your work is so awesome to observe. And the handy tips you give are trully invaluable. I love it all! When you put this all together in your show-real (type-o intended), have you got a secret method of animating your models without getting shadow jumping from the use of fg or are you gna flog fg altogether?

keep up the updates man, they look fantastic!
