I think you should decide if you want to achive the cartonish effect or realism, coz now it kinda looks as if you tried to achive bolth. The composition is a bit weak, but that's not the main issue, if you decide to choose realisme then the textures need some serious altering as well as the model. The proportions are a bit off, try some references, again if it's going to be cartonish style then small sipropotions and shape.muscle errors are accepteble. The sword is to large and she really doesn't look like she could possible wield it :) , try to fix that. The fire seems OK, still it could interact more with the rest of the scene.
