hello I'd like to change the speed of my footage but not over the whole clip...

the clip should start faster than normal and than change it's speed over time. I want to use that effects to "spice up" my demoreel... a friend of mine uses that effects alot in combustion and it gives a lot of energy to clips, but I can't find it in AE ? is possible to get it done in AE?

any help appreciated
