This is concept art of Admiral Cheng Sao, human-koi hybrid and brigand commander of the Red Flag Fleet. She's a real historical figure, though I took obvious liberties. :p The clothing is as close to period as I could find (early 1800's Chinese maritime) mixed in with some artistic license. This is one piece of a larger project. Any and all comments/crits are welcome and appreciated.
