No.
The workaround is to duplicate a polygon, select an edge as reference, rotate the polygon in Ref mode, then clean up the 0-area polygon at the thin edge of the wedge by filtering components or welding points.

I know I canīt, I donīt know how to program(or what itīs called).:sad:
