See those four icons at the top right of your View window? They represent camera 'Move', 'Zoom', 'Rotation', and the last selects the 'Active View'. When the camera focus looks like that image, this means that you should Zoom-in to reduce the focal distortion. Do this by right-clicking on the icon with your cursor, scroll to the right.

Your image shows a camera in the Object Manager (OM). If you want to play with the camera zoom and your actual setup has a camera, click on the camera icon in the OM and adjust the settings in the Attribute Manager.
It is customary in the cg culture to inform you at this point to RTFM. Sorry, no offense intended.

The Zoom tool will work with the Editor 'Camera' and the active camera object.
Otherwise, I agree... :)

I've rick clicked nhold and scrolled to the right and it zoomed in. Its not the same effect as the one in screen shot. When i zoom in.. it zooms right in.
Like i said im trying to have like edges bieng pulles out or stretched.

Ah, so you want to create an effect on an object that looks like that extreme zoom - something like an explosion.
Let's see what ideas people have.

you have to use a small focal length and move the camera near to the object, this gives you this fisheye look.

William,
it looks like you are trying to create a socalled "trendwhore" object. And obviously, you already have a video tutorial on how to do that.
Your next logical step is to take the manual that came with Cinema4D and make yourself familiar with the basics. It is not wrong to ask questions or start with an interesting project. But since you are obviously totally new to all of this (according to your other posts), you should really stick to the (sometimes) boring basics first!
You could at least show us the result of your efforts, once you are finished, and I guess the next questions are going to be about interesting texturing, let alone lighting, and rendering the image out in a larger format ;)
So, surprise me in the end at least with a great looking image ;)

well i did follow a video tutorial. But the guy in the tut, to me was lazy wasn't quite sure what he was doing swore numerous times when he screwed up etc. The only reason i followed his tut is because i liked the result.
heres the tut i followed.

Im stuck at the part where he does that camera zoom thing. I did exactly what he did but just couldn't come close to his.
At this moment mine looks like a crazy sharp ball...

I already said how to achieve this look. You have to set your camera to a small focal length and move the camera close to your object.

No you didnīt exactly do what he did in that tut.
The bloke, although very nice of him to set up that tutorial, could have been a bit more thorough, and doesnīt seem to know his C4D too well.
But in all that mumbling, it is pretty clear that around 6:10 he deals with how he got the camera (unfortunately the EDITOR WINDOW camera) what he wants. Just listen veeery carefully what he is saying about mouse buttons.
A better way is to do the same thing but with a separate camera. Could I have possibly missed that he switched to the camera he had put in his scene ? I think not, otherwise we would have seen the camera framing pyramid (green lines) disappear.
You need to switch to the Camera that you have put into the scene, and there you need to change the focal length to a very small value, just like Bobtronic pointed out (twice !) And yes, RTFM !
