Freeze transformation Not preforming! Help Please

Also, does anyone have any other methods as to "flip" objects over so you can get a good pair of ears, eyes, and feet? Thanks

You can try Grouping the Object onto itself then scaling it -1 in the X axis.

This is assuming you modeled your character in a frontal Z position and the center of you character is the center of the grid, because that's where your pivot point will be created when you create the group.

if not, try deleting the histroy of the object, duplicating it, freezing transform, then flipping it.

i've had this happen to me before. What I ended up having to do was one of two things.

1. Combine the object with a cube and then delete the faces of the cube. Leaving you at t0,x0,r0

or

2. Select all the faces and DupeExtract (or extract) them from your model and your new faces will be at t0,x0,r0.

It sounds like you've got it partially rigged or something alraedy. Anyways, you can't freeze transforms if they've got an incoming connection, or if they're locked in any other way. Eg : constraints, locked or scripted/expression driven attributes.

You can tell if theres any if they color of the attribute box is any color other than white.
