Hi,
Go to Hypershade and select the Cameras Tab,
select your cam which has the image plane and hit "input output connections" button on the top of the hypershade. select the plane node and delete it.

select the camera, go to the hypershade, click "input and output connections", delete the image plane

or from the menu of the viewport you camera is looking through, select View > Image Plane > Image Plane Attributes, then in the Attribute Editor click the Select Button at the bottom and press Delete on your keyboard
