Why after aplying a time strech to a composition the motion of the video starts "jumping" ,shakeing.? What solution wuold you suggest for that? thanx in advance

Frame blending, just click on the little filmstrip icon on your video clip on the timeline. Please see attached.


Also there are plug-ins and other programs that my make your video play better when you stretch it out. Just google search it.

yes Frame Blendiong is your option,

Also you must select layer and in Layer menu you have 2 options: Frame Mix and Pixel Motion.
