Anatomy Thread of Adriana Rozo (adrixwha)

Hi all! I found the thread Anatomy Lesson Series: Body Part 1 - The Head (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=375031&page=1&pp=15&highlight=adrixwha) and a bit late, I started with the homework :D

I don't have enough time as I would like to. But thanks to the comments of Rebeccak and Frejasphere, and encouraged by the support that everyone makes to each other in this forum ;) , I would like to keep going, maybe a bit slow... but I enjoy this a lot!! :bounce:

btw, sorry for my english..
Hasta pronto!!

adrixwha,

Welcome aboard! :) Great to see your thread go up, I'm glad you've found us here! Your work is really lovely, in particular, your last piece, which has a lot of focus, vitality, and energy. I really look forward to seeing more of your work!

It would be great if you could tell us something about your art training and background. :)

Cheers,

~Rebeccak

Hi! thanks for your comments!!

About my training and background :cool: I studied systems engineering (about computer science...programming). I did not study arts or related, 'cause there were people that told me that it wouldn't be a good choice.
So, painting is now a hobby, I have taken some weekend classes, with oil and acrylics.The acrylics are really hard! And about cg, in the challenge machineFlesh, I tried for the first time to do somethin' serious :). link (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=130434)

Nowadays my work has kept me busy, but I found the Anatomy Lesson Series: Body Part 1 - The Head (http://showthread.php?t=375031&page=1&pp=15&highlight=adrixwha) (I love portraits) and I thought this was a great way to learn from all talented people and from the master paintings :arteest:

Concluding, I would love to develop the talent that God gave me, I know I have to learn a lot, and I don't want to just take it as a hobby. My dream (I hope, not an illusion, I hope it will became true some day) is to study in an atelier like the ones mentioned in artrenewal.

Thanks for readin' I'll be posting more heads!
I'm happy! Recently I found 6 pdf's :: Andrew Loomis books !

crits and comments are welcome!!

And sorry for my english! (I think this should be part of my signature)
