Very nice.

A few Crits. While your reel is very nice, perhaps it might be a bit to long. The opening shot with your treeman coming to life is nice, but is it really nessecary? Keep in mind that companies sift through 100's of tapes when they are looking to hire. Many dont even make it into the VCR. You might think about taking out that opening shot. Its very nice, but is it nessesary?

Second, in your concept section there are more than a few marvel characters. If it were my reel, they wouldnt be there. The turn arounds of spidey you might get away with, but the xmen stuff that looks like its straight off the movie poster has to go.

Lastly, You have the camera pretty much fixed in one place while showing your models. I would slow the camera down and go in for some detail shots. Let the viewer see your geometry and texture. Do a full body shot of your model to show the complete model, after that I would slow down the rotation of the model a bit and show some skin as it were. Very nice on the minor animation of the woman changing poses. Really does make her come to life. You might check back and look at the porportions of here head though. It seems a bit wide.

On the whole, very nice. Just some things you might want to consider.
