Iv got my rig (quite a simple one) facing one way, and i need him to walk in the opposet dirction. But every time i turn him the feet get left behind. Whats the best way of turning him so him controlers come with??

the easiest way is to select all your controls, including the feet, and group them. (ctrl-G)
Then , rotate the group.

Hope this helps.

As Geoff said, grouping is a quick way to do this. In general you should probably have a layout/master control that lets you position your entire rig.

IF, you can't group your rig for some reason here is one way to do this.
1. Create a node and place it at the point you want to rotate around (between the character's feet for example)
2. Parent constrain the controls that need to be turned around. Ex. The body, the hands and feet.
3. Break the connections fromt he constraint to your controls
4. Delete the parent constraint.

your character should be facing the other way, of course there are now values on all the trans and rotate channels.

Grouping is the best way, this is just in case you can't do that for some reason.

you could try creating a curve around your character loacted at the middle of its body Group it and apply an orient constraint to your Global control and an parent constraint to the Curve Group. This way you have control not just rotating on the Y axis but you can also make him do summer saults.

I think this should work.
