It looks quite nice! Good job!
I don't know, but the buildings could have some noise on them... so they blend in with the picture quality... or not! ;)

It has some noise. May be its to small.
But on which buildings?

Maybe some ground fog and cloud would bring the whole thing together, theres just something a bit too 'new' about it? Great though, having trouble telling which is real and which is not!

This image was done in 3Ds max alone. No Photoshop at all :)
My friend used standard textures that come with max + some procedural noise.

shouldnt the light come more like straight from the left hand side though ???
