Very lovely work, the shape of the nostrils is a little bit off though. Did you try to calibrate your monitor?

Nice job Panu, I like it.

I especially like the way you’ve painted the bark and the leaves. The skin face is i.m.h.o. a little bit too smooth for a butchered lady..

it's not a butchered lady, just a (discarded) mask u put on to make u pretty. the skin tatters
blend with your own and all "seams" disappear when it's worn. while the mask covers
only face, other body areas are affected by its majik too

[ze produkt ist designed for ze female, if used by a male check out marilyn manson cd
"mechanical animals" cover for probable results]

Sorry I misinterpreted the scene. She would make a pretty mask indeed.

Nice idea, methinks I need one of those :D

Great job on the leaves at the bottom. Her face looks like her has bronze-ish make up on, which was probably what you were going for :D

About the colours, it happened to me when I changed the colour settings in Photoshop( I think I went from sRGB to Adobe 98 or something). So the colours would look a certain way in Photoshop, but looked wildly different if I opened them with other programs. Maybe that's the problem?

I have the exact same problem. Changing my color profile to SRGB in Adobe Photoshop and then selecting the ICC Profile box when saving to JPG seems to help. :)

Though this color calibration thing is especially bad when I paint on my laptop and the LCD viewing angle is bad. :(

Sorry I misinterpreted the scene

ah how could u have known , but i was hoping the insides
of the skin would show it's not a real face cause it don't
look that fleshy

hiiri - yea the bronzeish makeup is my skillessness :)

thanks, gotta check if the color settings are right

Ahah :D Poor Marilyn Manson, I didn't know that he had used this mask!
I've tried the ICC profile thing and it gives indeed better results so that may be the same for you.

Beautiful drawing indeed! I love all your drawings. :D

i would imagine that she has no eyes right? But then why does she have teeth? shouldnt the wearer have their eyes and teeth showing through the mask?

yea nobody ever told me to check on photoshop settings after they did the calibration,
just found there was a an option to use the calibrated color settings

thanks, it doesn't really matter with the eyes and teeth cause the all blend in with the
new look, which might be asian, african american or whatever , that's just how the mask
looks when not worn, even then it could be like how it looked for the person who wore
it last :)
