I've trying to model this Audi TT for few weeks now (i've been using rhino for about a year), but all I have is just these simple surfaces. I chose this because people say this car is easy to model, but I already faced numerous challenges. So I 've trying to get the shape of the car by using network curves ( I thought it's pretty easy because I just draw curves and then network them). But right now I am having trouble to make the side surface (see screenshot).
I'll attach a screenshot and my model, I hope someone can give me some tips on learning modeling a car.

I uploaded the files to my personal space since the files are too big to be uploaded to cgtalk forum. Here are the links:

I am not sure I understand what your troubles are.... But what I can tell you is... Two of the vertical curve isn't perpendicular "Touching" with horizonal curves (See attached)... that's probablly why surface on side look kind of curvy. If I were you, I'd use sweep rail tool rather than network surface tool, I often use network surface for surface continuity purpose. So you are doing pretty good, keep on going.

The same to the upstairs,May be,networks is not the best way for this car, before you modeling the car you'd better plan how to mode it

I am sorry I don't really understand what you mean, but I guess you mean why you didn't get instant replies? If so.... then its because it's forum, some people would reply sooner... some don't until days later.
