CGTalk - external frequency/speed ratio setting/IRQ

Hi All,

My new board needs that I define the following feature first:

1. CPU external frequency
2. CPU speed ratio setting
3. IRQ

But I dont know how to earn thsese numbers from my CPU and other parts.
Please let me know about them.
