Good looking model.
Was the hair painted on with photoshop? It doesn't look 3D. Very blurry.
Also, the ear looks too far back on the head. It should be about 2-3 inches from the corner of his eye. As it is, it looks to be almost on the back of his head. Also, it could use more detail.
And why does he not have eyebrows?
I'd get rid of the gaussion blur around the edge.

You may also want to think about how you compose your render. Make better use of the space you have. There is a lot of unnecessary negative space in your composition. Specifically around the top and sides. Consider cropping.
