I got an email about the Screenwriting Pro event this past week and wondered if anyone here is planning to attend? From the list of speakers on Pixar Storytelling (http://www.screenwritingexpo.com/pixarstorytelling.html), it looks like it would interest the folks that post here, so I thought I'd mention it. Plus, if someone is attending, maybe they'd take some excellent notes and post them here afterwards...? ;)

Sounds cool, BUT the screenwriting contest ends today, which is no good for me :(

Hey, you design toys? Now that would be a cool job, I wish I could design stuff as well as I could conceive it on paper in written form.

Pixar Storytelling Notes by Jeremy Bernstein

DreamWorks animator Jeremy Bernstein attended the Pixar storytelling seminars last weekend and he took some illustrated notes, which he has now generously posted on his blog. Actually, it seems like he spent more time drawing the people in attendance than actually taking notes, but I'm not complaining because he ended up with an amazing batch of drawings.
