Hi guys,

I started a new composition a few days ago. Basically it are huge towers in indian architecture (Taj Mahal as most used source of inspiration) with these huge golden spheres in the air.

At the moment, I can't make a choice between two camera positions, which I would like to be definite when continuing modeling (still working on the basic lay-out, not much detail in the picture yet). I would love it if you could tell me which one you prefer, and why :).
NOTE: don't forget that the lay-out is not finished at all. On the left there will come extra towers, on the right some more, on the front and on the background.

So... here is the first one...

... and the second one:

Thanks in advance, and any suggestions/critics/whatever welcome :).

Sory for replying to my own thread, but I added some extra buildings so you can get a better idea what the two camera positions show.

Again, the first image...

My own idea is that the first picture shows more depth, but the perspective makes the towers look a little oval in the diagonal lines. The first picture shows less depth, but makes the whole picture look sort of mightier. Rather hard to express my opinion in words - I'm not really good at that and now in English too ;). Which camera position do you think is the best and why? :).

Again, thanks a lot in advance for any suggestions.

Hi there. the tower models are looking good. as for camera angle, I'd look at it like this. It seems to me as if the towers high rise type buildings so if you were to take a photograph of buildings like that it is unlikely you would get a picture of them side on as in image 2. I'd go for camera angle 1 as it looks like it is looking down on the buildings a bit more as a photograph would be. just a thought. keep going with it.

regards

Anthony
