Animal Logic is recognised as Australia’s leading digital effects and animation studio and is counted amongst the top 10 visual effects companies in the world. We are currently looking for Lighters to work on a stereoscopic Imax version of the 35 mm film of Happy Feet (www.happyfeetmovie.com (http://www.happyfeetmovie.com)). Applicants must be available to start now, for contracts running until the end of October.
Ideally candidates will have:
· 3 + years experience in a production environment
· Experience in Maya and Renderman
· Experience compositing with a node-based compositing package
· Experience lighting for feature films
To be successful in these roles, the following is required of all candidates:
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Strong technical and visual skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve
