what am i dong if AfterEffect( 7.0) say File IS DAmage!

my works are damage,
please help help help////

If a file is ever corrupt/damaged, there's not much you can do other than go back to a prior save.

try turning on auto-save in preferences... can be a real time saver:)

In any graphics program, I always "Save-as" instead of save over the original file. You never know when a file will become corrupt, or if you need to go back.

Maybe try move all linked files away so that ae couldn't find it if there it any. or caplock on might also helps

enable caplock will prevent ae from updating its monitor, but u still can work in the timeline
