Hi there!

I'm starting this thread 'cause Rebecca Kimmel keeps insisting we do that :scream: ah well, what can it hurt...

so this is the first head I made for the 'body part 1 - the head' workshop.
it's done entirely in photoshop
and i think it was the one i struggled the most with.
at the end i gave up trying to make the mouth look right. that's why her expression doesn't quiet match that of the original painting.
I like the outcome nevertheless.

my second head for the 'body part 1 - the head' workshop.
i made it on the same night as the first one, i was really full of enery then :).
it's also done entirely in photoshop and i even made a small timelapse gif:

my third head for the 'body part 1 - the head' workshop.
it'd been a while since i've modelled a head so i made this one in 3d
and was pleased that it took me 'only' about 3 hours or so.
it's done entirely in wings3d and what you see above is just a screenshot out of wings3d.
i might replace the above image with a real render when i get to it.

my seventh head for the 'body part 1 - the head' workshop.

i failed...

my nineth head for the 'body part 1 - the head' workshop.

These are supposed to be quick. Well, if you're trying to do all 50. Or unless you have lots and lots of free time to paint them.

I really like the David body from the front. I do believe it had to be different,l but that just makes me want to try drawing (or painting) that one. The crouching boy look very well done too.

I hope this OFDW will help you do greater stuff much faster
