It may be easier if you post your reference picture then people can make a comparison of your model to the reference. Also rendering with wireframes will make it easier to identify problems with topology. Off the top of my head looking at the pics you posted the eyes look too far apart, the eyes, nose and mouth look dispropotionate and the models lack definition at this stage. Other than that, it's coming along not too badly.

Ok here are the refrence pic i used for both models.
This pic is for the first face model i made http://home.earthlink.net/~gray_fox001/images/Simona_D_0114.jpg
now here is the second refrence pic i used for the toon girl face http://home.earthlink.net/~gray_fox001/images/tete_face.gif
I hope that helps.. I will try to have the wireframe of both faces a little later on today.

Ok, still kinda hard to tell from the wires, lose the eyeballs and render a shaded & wireframe model front view, scale the resulting render to the size of the reference heads and post the reference and rendered images consecutively, then a decent comparison can be made. Are you following the joan of arc tutorial for the "toon girl"? Are the heads closed? What 3d modelling package are you using?

No i'm not useing the joan of arc tut for the toongirl i am only useing the refrence pic. I will see what i can do to get the render you ask for.

Just some light and a skin texture to see how it would look.
