this is not the first time i ask something about the custom attributes, and i hope it's the last one (or the last time i'm gonna use them :annoyed: ).
i applied custom attributes to my character's fingers and in one point of the scene the fingers rolled to the unwanted direction.
i looked over the keyframes and saw that the values of the keyframes went beyond the custom attributes limitation.
for example my limitation was from 0-80, and i got keyframes with values like 120 instead of 80. so i had to go in track view through each keyframe and to apply the value 80 for each one manually.

did any1 had this kind of problem (i'm using max 4.2 by the way)
is there away to prevent this from happening?

When your're wiring your custom attirbutes are you converting degrees to radians in your expression? The expression degtorad should go before the value.
That might be it?

yeah they were already converted to degtorad.
but sometimes my wires were gone and i had to reassign them (i have no idea why) and maybe in one of those times i forgot to write degtorad.
