I did this as practice in painting skin--particularly the face--as well as for painting without a sketch and all in one layer. It was supposed to just be a color sketch itself, but it ended up taking quite a bit longer than I wanted. Well, practice makes perfect, I suppose. ^^; Oh, and no refs were used. Anyway, crits please!

Very nice use of color, the skin tones look good...

I found her hair 'flat' maybe because you have not used the same 'light-range'.
Next time remember to add the same light that you have used for her skin also on hair.

See you soon

I agree that the hair looks a little bit flat (but I do like the actual technique used to color it). The thing that jumped out at me is the face. The shape of it and the position of her right eye is of one angle, the positions of the other features are of another angle, one that is a bit closert to profile. I suggest moving her left eye (the one further from the viewer) closer to her nose, perhaps even partially obscured. Her face on her left (the side of that eye) would then be a bit too wide, so perhaps you should lessen it.
