Look, I want to work some people who knows after effect medium or pro. What do you want to say, i can't understant because i want to work only and don't want to noob. For 2 weeks, i have visited a lot of website and all of them (free) is not good and its for begganer. I am using after effect and can use good. i start it because i am not wery well at ae7. I can't use after effect as well as bestest users. I saw some video and want to build it with after effect and i can't doing somewhere and i thing, i must improve at ae7. Why do you don't want my share ?
I want to work with some people. Why i don't work with they ? Maybe you are pro but some people wants to work at ae as well as pro. I can help they.

Perhaps you have just not understood english very well, and internet speak, but calling someone a 'noob' is generally used as an insult. You have also made a suggestion, that if we don't have the total training video, that you can 'arrange' a solution. This sounds like an offer for pirated videos. You may well have good intentions, but your english is letting you down and the way you are portraying yourself doesn't look good. I apologise if I am wrong, in which case this is just a communication breakdown, but from what you have said so far you just don't seem to have an understanding of the basic forum rules.
