What you did is very simple... and good looking. But...
The whole wall is colored with the same texture and we can't see some wholes on the wall. Or the lighting not right or you must change the texture in some places. One more thing-If the rusted pipe is so rusted:), then why it's so shiny on the top?

First of all thank you for your comments
and concerning the walls textures i used over 5 texture maps, and the light can't be wrong since there's not a specific light source like (spot or omni) i used the high dinamic range which develope a realistic lights and shadows based on the image used as "GI and Rays"
and the pipe is not much rusted even if why should i make it flate without reflections or solid with light reflections, rust has alot of cases it can be reflective dude, it depends on your point of view by the end of the day and the atmosphere you want to develope.

anyway i checked your profile and it's obviouse that you didn't deal with the HDRI techniques yet so good luck and thank you again.
