One way is to use the capture button. It is located on any of the window bars and is a picture of a little camera with an arrow beneath. Click it the click 'start capture'. Choose .jpg from the 'format ' options and where u want to save it etc and yr away.

Make sure u only render one frame...

This literally captures whatever is in that window so make sure its set to wireframe view...

Hope that helps

You can also use the "Phoenix Tools Tesselation Shader" shader: http://www.edharriss.com/shaders/PT_ShowEdges.xsiaddon
(They give this one away for free)

It puts a shader in your user folder.

1. Select it.
2. Drag it onto your object.
