I'm looking for a more powerful polycount viewer. Some other packages I have use display more information about Polycount information.
ie. Not only the total number of polygons (faces) but also the number of 3 edged faces, 4 edge faces, +4 edge faces, and >3 edged faces.
In the other packages this tool also lets you Select and Deselect faces too. For instance you can select all the faces with just >3 faces and delete them easily. It’s cool because unlike the Cleanup polygon tool you can make sure you know what is being cleanup up.
It seems like relatively simple tool to script but I am still not that familiar with Maya to write it myself. I also didn’t know if someone already has such a tool.
