VRMesh is a free-form 3d mesh modeler for arbitrary triangle meshing. The new v3.0 significantly enhances speed and adds stereo viewing, surface curves, new clay modeling commands, new transformations, and over 30 features for modifying models.

Honestly, sculpting interaction in VRMesh is slower than that in Zbrush, because it is working on the arbitrary triangle mesh. This capability is suitable for the scanning data use. But you can sculpt mesh in real-time using VRMesh. If the triangle meshes are very heavy, you can split the region of interest, work on the partial region, and then merge together.

VRMesh can create a low-polygonal model with high-details for in-game use, since it has no format restriction of the sculpted model.

I would recommend you exclusively speed up the scultping. If you do that you would definetinely have a more marketable application.
Most people like scultp if the process is to difficult they will move to another piece of software.
