I just think your yellow texture is too clean and synthetic, but that's just my humble opinion. Good work ;)

it's well done, but the door knob and numbers should perhaps be more wooden or metallic. That's me talking though. good job, I really like the rest of the scene, especially the blinds and upper wall. later:)

I will work on that texture and the metal material :D

also the lighting is 1 main orange-yellow light, a blue fill light, and another grayish light to simulate light boucning off of the sidewalk, I think that one may be causing it to look pale and flat :)

My model is pretty much the same as the pic, but the pic has more few things. Me making it almost exaclty like the pic is kinda stupid I guess because it doesn't show any creativity, but thats how you learn I guess :p
