Is that what the 2005 mustang is going to really look like? It looks like a cross between a first generation 'stang, current genereation 'stang, and a Delorian! Pretty cool model though :D. What modeling method and software was used?

tks for response.
actually this is what they say will be the new mustang gt 2005. some kind of revival of the past ( wich i find to be thousand times nicer than actual mustangs) i guess its just a teaser to see if people are interested.

here's a link ot my refs. http://bradbarnett.net/mustangs/concept/s197/pics/index.htm
u can see there the other version too.

this is lighwave polymodeling. took about a week or a bit more to make. no gi in this render. its faked by a dozen of lights.

sry raekwon, my only nicknames have been chubchicken and element (or the old element-412). never used cobra.

update soons.

just... sorry for my ignorance, but... what's GI? :surprised

GI is Global Illumination.
in a simple way. its a way the renderer will calculate light reflection on walls and diffuse the color, wich create real world lighting. but its really time consuming in the render time so u can fake it adding lights in ur scene.

this is a really short explanation. search a little bit and u'll find a lots of expliacations and tutorials.
