Is there any way to make 3D text in after effects? Like to make a logo with?

You can use Zaxwerks 3D Invigorator (http://www.zaxwerks.com/), very easy very nice to produce 3D texts in AE.

Nope, but well worth the price for anyone making professional stuff with AE.
