hi,

I dont think there are any real character modeling books out there , but for stunning pictures etc just browse the galleries.
Studie the topologie of other people`s meshes and also get some anatomy books to see where your surface lines should run.
So, I think books about anatomy and good reference (!!) is the best modeling book you can get.The rest is just about pushing cvs : )

for more techincal modeling stuff, i think there are some books for alias studio tools, which deal with modeling strategies.\

happy modeling,
Flo

hehe .... i actually found this new book ...its from tom capizzi (r&h). its called `inspird 3d modeling` . its a good book , giving a gernal overview about modeling. price is maybe a bit high.

about the other books >
facial expression by gary faigin is quite useable for facial stuff. and get a anatomy book (maybe one for `artists` and a `real` one...as drawing sometimes tend to exagerate ,like the burne hogarth books.

hope this helps,
Flo
