Stone texture is looking pretty good.
Even though you are going for low poly, I think you might have to add some more detail.
I'm not sure arrows would stick into stone either ;)
Unless you are ultimately aiming for a cartoon look, the shafts and especially the flights on the arrows should be thinned down considerably. In fact, I would make the flights a planar shape. Not sure what software you are using, but if Maya, maybe try using a ramp on the flights to make stripes?

The wall textures is quite real, but arrows looks very cartoonlike. I think they don`t fit together in same picture. Maybe u should make arrows more realistic. They should be more thin. You should add some more details too.

Great texture on the wall. Even though it is low poly, I think you could "rough up" the wall edges a bit to make it look even better. Arrow dimensions do seem to be a little bit off, but like a previous poster said, it depends on the look you are going for...
