is there any plugin or anyway of giving an effect of realistic blacklight on to a fluoro material(blacklight-reactive)?

both the light and the affected material...

thanks

i can imagine a physically correct renderer like maxwell could do that,
else you'd have to fake it I guess because cinema works with RGB values and not in wavelengths regarding emmitting and absorbing.

Couldn't you just use a low intensity purple colored light to simulate the black light look? As for the things to react to the light just use florescent colors in the Luminance channel with a higher intensity....

i dont have maxwell.
as for the fluorescent colors i dont see any check box for it neither in the luminance folder and neither in all the other paramters on the material.... some help please

in the Luminance channel create a noise with a pattern similar to the material you are trying to simulate. Then put the noise in the Coloriser and choose a spectrum of colors to match what the UV excited material looks like. This gradient will transpose to the grey values of the noise. Multiply the Coloriser with white. Buld an Xpresso expression wherein the UV/Purple light <output> controls the <input> Luminance channel's Brightness. As you turn the value of the light up the Luminance channel should up itself along with it. This can be a 1 to 1 factor or 5 to 1. Turning up the Purple light will now make your color luminescent on your object.
