I have given myself a project, I have greenscreen footage of a girl walking across camera. There is no movement in the camera. And i am using Maya 7.0

I build up a little street in maya everything was built in "feet".

My question is, in order for the objects in maya to line up with the footage in terms of measurements and so on what settings do i need to adjust on my 3D camera?.

So far all i have done is changed my resolution to HD 1080 which is the resolution of the footage. And also made a 3D Poly Plane to line up the Horizon line with the Background image plane.

Am i missing anything, can aonyone help?

thank you

what the hell are feet ?

Seriously. Sir, put your hands up and move away from the outdated imperial units now ! The cool thing about milimeters, centimeters, meters and kilometers is that the are divisible by whole numbers almost like someone actually thought it all out .....

Rant over.

You'll proabably want some camera and lens measurements too ? Like what focal length, height, angle of inclination and tilt !?
