Really daft question: let's suppose I group a couple objects and i want to rotate each on its axis, is it possible?

Are you talking about grouped objects or multi-selected objects? It's not the same thing. If the objects are grouped, rotating a group member is just a matter of selecting it in the OM heirarchy and rotating away. If objects are mult-selected all of them will rotate together. But, you have the option of rotating the selected objects according to the center of all selected objects (default), or according to the axis of any selected object. To do the latter, Alt-LMB on the small axis inside the object (need to be in wireframe or similar to see small axis).

Same problem with scaling, i multiselect 3 spheres and i want to scale each on its axis (not the whole group), i tried in all the ways i know but no success. Is it possible?

This isn't possible in the editro, but if you used the parameter int he AM coordinates you can rotate scale and move the objects on their own axis in realtime
