View Full Version : Motion Blur Problem
DarkSun 01-19-2003, 09:30 AM I have a problem when i try to render with 2d motion blur... I chose smooth alpha and i get a something like that:

How can I fix these and you guys, do you recomend to use 3d motion blur?

Use a planer as a background to cover up the openess.
And depending on the lighting, you would want to assign that planer not to cast or recieve shadows.
If it blocks out your lighting....Use the Object Centric feature in the relationship editor so the light passes through it. And if you do so...you should make a light just for the planer and only for the planer.
If you didin't catch what i said, Then Just start with spreading a plainer in the background, so it coveres the entire background in the scene. Then render away.
No background cause's that.....Never knew it had anything to do with 2d motion blurr though.
