View Full Version : remodeling an object precisely

i have a model with a complex and rather disgusting mesh that i have to rebuild precisely with a clean mesh.
what would be the best approach to it?
1. just clean up the mesh?
2. copy the curves (or make live and make the curves) build form there?
3. snap create polygon tool to the mesh?
any other suggestions?
it has to be perfectly the same object though>
thanks in advance.
maybe there is a shortcut to the process i didn't think of...
