Crytek® is an interactive entertainment development company located in Coburg, Germany. With our cutting edge 3D-Game Technologies such as the CryENGINE™ and Polybump™, we're dedicated in creating exceptionally high quality video games for all the major platforms! Currently, we are developing the upcoming title Far Cry with Ubisoft for the PC and XBOX!
Currently we have THREE OPENINGS!
1) Technical Director
2) Lead Animator
3) Art Director
ART DIRECTOR
Crytek is looking for an Art Director, could that be you? The successful candidate would be responsible for the artistic direction of multiple games, from concept art to implementation and overall look and feel for the games!
Requirements:
·5+ years experience in the Games Industry
·Technical Art Experience, must understand fully and completely all aspects of 2D and 3D imagery (eg. Traditional art, lighting and realtime shaders proficiency)
·Must have shipped at least 2 Triple AAA titles on PC or Major Consoles
·Proven hands-on experience with 3D modeling and texturing
·Ability to lead, direct and manage a team of artists, on multiplatforms
·Will involve working with Producers and Tech Directors, establishing visual focus and look of the games
·Full complete knowledge of the game development process, from Inception to Gold Master
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
·Knowledge of multiple foreign languages a strong asset!
·FPS experience a definite Bonus!
·Passion for making games a MUST!
