CGTalk - File Seq problems

Hi. I have a problem with the file node. I exported a targa seq in After FX. I want to use the seq so i can render with renderman for maya. problem is is that when I render the file in after FX the file extention numbers are file.0001.tga.
I need file.1.tga.
Does anyone no a way to control the after FX rendering numbers for targa and tiff seq?
I know i can bring the files into photoshop and resave them but im dealing with a couple of thousand files here.
If anyone can help i'd appriciate it.

Hey, I don't know if you can change that in after effects or not (combustion user here), but if you open the sequence in fcheck you can go to frame one, save animation as, and in the filename call it filename.####.tga
The hashes tell fcheck to rename with a four digit frame buffer. it only takes a minute to resave the whole sequence and you have a shiny new, properly named sequence.
