View Full Version : render.exe start failure under load

Hey all,

We're trying to run render.exe from Maya 4.5 here, and it seems to be failing to start at all when the CPU is loaded in any way. I can run the following and get this...

C:\Documents and Settings\render>"C:\Program Files\AliasWavefront\Maya4.5\bin\Render.exe"

C:\Documents and Settings\render>

It's not even displaying the help output or an error. When I remove the source of the CPU usage, render.exe works again.

Is there any way to work around this bug?
