It seems your aspect ratio got squeezed. Exporting to QT from Premiere requires you tell QT the destination pixel size, while for most of the other formats you set the frame size and Pixel Aspect Ratio. I don't know why QT is different, but it is.
Also--think like a director. Tell a story and use a series of camera paths rather than one dizzying camera move.
Also-- render to a non-compressed format like TIFF, not JPEG. That way you won't compress your frames twice.

Looked fuzzy to me, and I agree about the dizzying camera movement. I would have prefered the camera to pause now and then and let the viewer look at things... like the art on the walls (It looked interesting) oh and there's something a bit odd about where the black and white painting is, it gets cut off by something at one point, but you don't see the something... a partition maybe? so it looks odd when the painting half vanishes.
Otherwise it looks like a nice flat, like the parquet flooring, overall it looks light and pleasant, a nice living space. How much is the rent? When can I move in?

Ok guys thanks for critics :)
You have right about camera movement, few more cameras will tell a better story.
I will post improved version soon.
Oh, and considering movin in, you are welcome :) in a few days im going to vacation :)
All you have to do is find your way to Zagreb
