Good start but theres quite a few problems with the model, first of all the jaw on the face looks too masculine and the lips stick out too much, the shape of the head is also incorrect. The sholders of the body are too wide and the arms are way too long. Can you post a reference picture of what you are trying to achieve.

Next two things to work on

- The face is way too muscular. She's not a dude :)

- The back. I don't know about you, but my back doesn't have a line down the middle :) It's prolly just a weird copy and paste. Either use a symmetry tag or make sure it's smooth. take out points and bridge them it ya need to.
