ok all you guys and gals plz tell me all the flaws you see in this picture of this poor old man old man i've been working on so that i can complete it and get on to doing the background.

P.S. the football eye is not a flaw...like microsoft says..its not a bug, its a feature .....mwahahahaha

Looking good. But where is the light source? I only ask cause his nose has the same shading on both sides, and it appears that the light is coming from the left. (his right) Also the hair in his mustache doesn't seem to fall naturally. And uh...where are his ears? One last thing, I think his right eye should have more wrinkles on the side than his left, since it's squinted and his left is open wide.

I hope I don't seem harsh. It's much better than what I could do right now. So keep up the good work, and I'll be looking forward to some updates.
