Hi all
i would know what is the best way to build a steel chain around a body.

There is the possibility to build a single ring of the chain and then copy and turn around a path, and after if i tweak the path the chain also will be tweaked?
Is possible pose the whole chain or the single ring onto the character interactively( like ZBRUSH way)?
Thx for the reply
Bye
Leo
P.s. I know the old way, pose \look\rotate\look\move\rotate........:)

First thing that comes to mind, build the chain straight, then use Curve-Deform to mould it around the figure.

Marciani,

It took me a little while to find this again, but I finally did... Go to http://www.inframez.com/3d_tools.htm and look at the 3rd script down. It's called "Bones2Chains", and I think that it would do exactly what you want it to do.

I haven't tried it myself yet, so please update us if you are successful.
