Hi,

I’m new to Maya and I’m having a problem with my viewport. When I’m rotating the view, or moving it, the smooth seems to disappear and the textures goes off. Anyone know how to solve this problem (I'm not having interactive shading on and all the options are on default settinfs in Maya)?

My video card is a Ati Radeon 9600/9700 and I’m using a Toshiba Laptop 1400x900 resolution (I downloaded the latest driver). I’m using Maya 7.0

I will upload an example (when rotating the view)

Thanks for your help (sorry if I'm not asking in the right section)

hey,

try this... go to the display viewport and uncheck 'Fast Interaction'. That resolved my problem :)
